Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Mohamed Almasarir For Readymade Garments Trading, our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)


Return Requirements

To complete your return, we require:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items not in original condition

  • Items damaged or missing parts not caused by us

  • Items returned after the allowed return period


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email

  • You will be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • The amount will be returned to your original payment method


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take time)

  3. Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us first, then send the item after approval.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact us first for instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
